RST Seafood Restaurant is a seafood restaurant located at 5 Rae Street, North Fitzroy, Victoria 3068, just north of Melbourne's CBD.

It is led by chef Danny Cecchi and is known for serving fresh Australian seafood in an intimate dining setting with a bar and function space. The restaurant was formerly known as Richmond Seafood Restaurant before relocating to North Fitzroy in 2011.
