A short walk from the City centre, Queen Victoria Market is bounded by Peel, Franklin, Victoria & Elizabeth Streets.

Queen Victoria Market located at the northern end of Elizabeth St is walkable from most city hotels or catch any tram heading north along Elizabeth or William Streets or the closest train station is Flagstaff train station.

Tram
The Market is located within the free tram zone. Take the 19, 57 or 59 to Stop 7, Elizabeth St or Tram 58 to Stop 9, Peel St.

Train
Only a 7 minute walk from Melbourne Central and Flagstaff Stations. Walk north along Elizabeth or William Street.

Bike
There is free bike parking in and around the Market. Major bike lanes leading to the Market run along Royal Parade and Victoria Street.

Car
Shopping at Queen Vic Market has never been easier, with secure parking available for customers in our Multi-Level Undercover Car Park and Open Air Car Park.

Multi-Level Undercover Car Park
The Multi-Level Undercover Car Park is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Spanning across four levels, there are 506 car spaces including 10 accessible spaces for visitors with disabilities, 6 spaces for parents with prams and 12 electric vehicle (EV) parking and charging stations located on level B2 with Schneider type 2 EV chargers (BYO charging cable). The maximum vehicle height for entry into this car park is 2.2 metres.

Open Air Car Park
The Open Air Car Park is open 5am-7pm, seven days a week. During our Night Market seasons, the Open Air Car Park is open 4.30pm until 11pm. There are hundreds of car spaces including accessible parking for visitors with disabilities, senior citizen spaces and spaces for parents with prams. There is no maximum height for entry into this car park.
