GETTING HERE

Located in bustling South Yarra, Prahran Market is easy to get to by train, tram, bus, car (parking is easy), bike or foot!

TRAIN
Getting to Prahran Market using the train network is easy. Catch the Sandringham Train from Flinders Street Station and get off at Prahran Station. Walk north towards Greville Street. Turn right at Greville Street and then left at Porter Street. Walk to the end of Porter Street and then turn right onto Commercial Road. The Market will be on your left, about 100 metres down.

TRAM
Catching a tram to Prahran Market from the city is a scenic trip that takes you down St Kilda Road, past the Alfred Hospital and the beautiful Fawkner Park. It can take around 45 minutes.

Take Tram No. 72 to Camberwell, from Swanston Street. Alight at stop no. 30, which is right outside of the Market.

CAR
Driving to the Market is easy. There is ample undercover parking available at the car park located behind the Market, on Elizabeth Street, South Yarra. There are also limited one hour spaces in surrounding streets.

BUS
If you are taking the Bus to Prahran Market, then bus routes 216/219 and 220 are what you need to catch.

Buses depart from the city, corner of Queen Street and Flinders Lane. Make sure they are heading towards Brighton Beach or Gardenvale.

Alight at stop no. 14, Commercial Road- right outside of the Market.
