Situated on Albert Park Lake we have a fantastic training and meeting facility for hire.
The McAdam Room - Large meeting space (seats up to 100)
The Presidents Room - Board Meeting room (seats up to 20)
Small Meeting Room - Small meeting space (seats up to 10)
Our meeting spaces are for hire Mon-Fri between 8am and 6pm (no weekends). The Power House building is adjacent to Queens Road and overlooks Albert Park Lake. The McAdam Room is equipped with AV equipment, Wi-Fi, chairs, tables, whiteboard, balcony, kitchen facilities and parking.
All proceeds are used to support the programs of LSC&PH

Cracked Actors Theatre (CAT) is located at Powerhouse On The Lake on Level 1, 34 Lakeside Drive, Albert Park.
The CAT is an independent theatrical production company, founded in 2007, bound to providing quality and affordable entertainment for everybody.
