Pheonix Park Community Centre is a hub of community involvement and learning, a welcoming, friendly and inclusive centre of activity that reflects and celebrates social and cultural diversity.
The Pheonix Park Community Centre is undergoing an extensive $2.5 million redevelopment which will significantly improve the function of the centre for residents in Malvern East.
As part of the works, a new lift will be installed, rooms will be recongigured to create more adaptable spaces for use, and a commercial kitchen will be installed to enable a centre-based meals program.
Council is funding the project with funding support of $150,000 from the Australian Government.
