Ormond HallOrmond Hall has a proud heritage as one of Melbourne's premier entertainment venues.
Built in 1891, this beautiful hall was originally established as a music hall for the blind, run by the RVIB. In 1922, the hall was completely remodeled; a new dance floor was installed, and the interior was redecorated in the popular Art Deco style of the day.
Take a step back in history at Ormond Hall, one of Melbourne's most iconic venues. From Dame Nellie Melba to AC/DC, this gracious building and its Art Deco hall has successfully staged thousands of events. Now part of the new community hub of Village Melbourne, Ormond Hall will be a centre of excitement, with ticketed events for the public, as well as opportunities for corporate, private and charity events with a difference.
