"Kids Judo"(5-10yrs) Thurs. 5:30-6:30pm
"Youth Judo"(10-15yrs)Thurs 6:30-7:30pm
"Judo grappling"Sundays:12noon-2pm (16+/adults) "Judo grappling"=ground & standing fighting skill techniques & Judo/BJJ sparring including directed functional strength & fitness conditioning workout.
