Established in 2001, Neilsons, under the guidance of Executive Chef and owner Lewis Prince, is recognized as one of Gippslands leading fine dining restaurants.

With an Innovative Menu and a first class wait staff now under the direction of maître d' and owner Rebecca Cauchi, Neilsons has won rave reviews and a loyal clientele.

The Menu is innovative in itself, with dishes that delight the taste buds and dazzle the eye. Neilsons each year continues to improve on itself and increase the high standard that their regulars have come to expect.
