70 teams play every Saturday from May to August on synthetic pitched ovals throughout Melbourne.
One day games of 35 overs per innings, all umpired, open aged competition, consisting of registered clubs whose associations are affiliated with Cricket Victoria.
New teams are welcome to join one of the 7 metro zones in the north, south, east and west. Each has its own Premiership, with two teams to play off for Victorian Mid Year Cricket Premiers title.
