The 2026 MastersHQ Championship will take place at Seaworks on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August 2026, showcasing Australia's top Masters functional fitness athletes in a weekend of strength, skill, endurance and determination.

Recognised as Australia's premier functional fitness and Masters National event, the championship celebrates athletes who continue to raise the standard of competitive fitness well beyond the age of 30.

The AFFF Masters Nationals is open to all Australian RX athletes aged 30 years and over, providing a national stage for experienced competitors to test themselves against the country's best.

Across the two-day competition, athletes will tackle six demanding workouts designed to challenge every aspect of functional fitness. The event also serves as the official qualification pathway to the World Fitness Project Finals, adding even greater significance to every performance.

Set against the backdrop of Melbourne's iconic waterfront venue at Seaworks, the MastersHQ Championship promises an exciting weekend of elite competition, inspiring performances and a celebration of Australia's thriving Masters fitness community.
