New space in Smith Street is now 'open for inspection'. The design builds on the authenticity of the original 1908 Fitzroy auction room and presents an open and inviting venue to enjoy local craft beers, ciders and wines.
A project proudly led by Stephen Trainor, the son of the auctioneer who sold at Smith Street Auctions for 50 years. With a craft focus, Lot 347 presents the opportunity to learn, appreciate and enjoy the rich flavours of our local brews.
