Lygon St is famous for its Italian restaurants and cuisine, Gelati and the sometimes adored, sometimes deplored Door Greeter! Little Lygon, however, stands out amid the rest, offering traditional and modern Italian dishes along with the popular steak house experience, with charcoal grills offering everything from steaks to seafood all grilled under rocks and coals.
Also little lygon understands when it comes to gluten free options our highly trained chefs provide a safe variety of food for celiacs like the choice of gluten free pasta, gluten free schnitzels, all stocks are made from scratch and sauces are thickened by reduction so it makes it easy for the gluten free eater.
We use are of the highest quality and have exclusively grown products for us like basil and zuchini, cucumber and beans, roma tomatoes and parsley also organic eggs, our meats like chicken is free range , our veal is all milk feed and our steaks are premium black angus beef.
Sebastian Luximon (HEAD CHEF)
Born and raised In French Mauritius, Sebastian Luximon now calls Australia home and is happy to do so. Luximon claims there were two major influences in his life while growing up in the very cultural city of Port Louis, Family and Food. He has worked in many renowed restaurants in his past like the HILTON, 1884 Wine And Steak Bar and The Marine Hotel. Now Sebastian has brought his culture, flavours and Amora's to Little Lygon.
Diego Nicoletti (Chef)
Southern Italy Born Diego Nicoletti has been travelling around the world working in many different restaurants, leaving his michealen star restaurant in umbria italy. Now he has brought his talent of original recipes to Little Lygon.
