Society's euro-style Brasserie, Lillian is open for dinner 7 days a week, and for lunch Tuesday through Sunday. The soft timber walls, fringed lamps and curvy banquettes create the perfect setting for a lingering lunch, cocktail hour, intimate dinner, and everything in between.
Lillian's menu offers a contemporary take on European classics, from delicate seafood to handmade pastas and shared wood-fired meats. No visit is complete without sampling the ever evolving by-the-slice tart selection, or a namesake Lillian cocktail.
Named after the legendary Collins Street Denizen, Lillian Wightman, the sweeping outdoor terrace overlooks the rooftop of her former Collins St Boutique. Lillian's Terrace and Bar are open for walk ins daily for drinks, and whatever else takes your fancy.
