Owners Valerio Calabro and Giuessepe 'Pino' Russo, formally of Windsor's Mulatta, both arrived from their native Italy with a vision to bring the fresh flavours of their homeland to Melbourne. They share a passion for all things cucina Italiana, creating a homage to the food they love.
