La Sala Restaurant
Olivigna's panoramic La Sala Restaurant is inspired by a produce to plate philosophy and an inherited cuisine from the Italian parents of owner Anna Gallo.
Headed by chef Colin Swalwell the La Sala kitchen is supplied by the estate's own vegetable and herb garden, vines, and olive grove with awarding winning oils and preserves.
Stuzzichini (share plates) include hand stretched cheese and antipasto, and artisan pasta is prepared before guests on the restaurant's antique timber table.
Catering for a diverse range of palates is the hand-crafted wood fired pizza oven with more than ten pizza selections including La Sala's signature rosso pizza, the Capra, topped with prosciutto di Parma, artichoke and a creamy local goats cheese.
Partnering the rustic and authentic cuisine is a wine list featuring locally produced Italian varietals, international mainstays and a selection of Olivigna's own estate-made wines.
Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the vast estate provide stunning vistas to the produce growing on the land before ending up in your plate
