The iconic Hopetoun Tea Rooms, under new ownership together with the long-serving operations team consisting of original savoury and pastry chefs, as well as the core management team. Hopetoun Bakeshop 22 Mckillop St, Melbourne Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm. The pastry kitchen takes centre stage at Hopetoun Bake Shop where the talented pastry chefs create incredible delights.
