High Tea - Hopetoun Tea Rooms
High Tea is served in Victorian splendour 7 days a week. Nowhere else in Melbourne's City Business District can you find a more charming setting and atmosphere than the Hopetoun Tea Rooms.
Our High Tea is served on a 3-tiered stand & is prepared fresh daily by our kitchen staff under the guidance of our Head Chef.
This ensures the utmost quality & freshness of which we are proud.

Roast Beef Sirloin Sandwiches - Roast Beef with balsamic onions, roquette, tasty cheese & seeded mustard mayonnaise.
Hopetoun Tea Room Pinwheels - Tomato, cucumber, ham seeded mustard, mayonnaise & egg on white & wholemeal
Smoked Salmon Sandwiches - Ribbons of smoked salmon sandwiches with dill cream cheese, cucumber, capers & roquette on white & wholemeal
Vegetable Scrolls - Hommus, Julienne of carrot, cucumber, tomato, avocado & mesclun leaves on a wholemeal wrap
Petit Fours - An assortment of our Signature petit fours
A selection of fresh seasonal fruit.
Included in all High Tea are scones served with double cream and jam.
Complimentary drink of tea, coffee, soft drink or juice per person - included.
Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options are available.
No reservations are required for General Dining. Once you have arrived at the Hopetoun Tea Rooms you will be seated based on the seating that is available.
