It is known and loved by many who have experienced the untiring hospitality of its custodians over the last century.

With an open kitchen and fast paced atmosphere, Grill is a humble extension of the Italian kitchen
Our food is based around wood fire cooking, simple Tuscan methods and premium ingredients
The Grill's heart and soul lies within its Tuscan menu, built around this culture we showcase an extensive selection of Tuscan inspired reds by the glass and bottle that explore the diversity of this majestic region.

In 1918 Samuel Wynn took ownership of the 'Cellar Bar'.
Samuel operated the Cellar Bar offering only Australian wines due to licensing restrictions, however many international wines were still served from behind the counter. We pay homage to the late Samuel Wynn by sourcing seasonal wines that are tasty, fun and a pleasure to drink.
