Raph Rashid Creates Melbourne-Inspired Doughnuts For Winter Giveaway

Melbourne burger, taco and doughnut entrepreneur Raph Rashid has teamed up with local food creators to develop a collection of unique doughnuts inspired by some of Melbourne's most diverse communities.

The collaboration forms part of Greatest of the Mall 2026, a winter initiative celebrating the people, flavours and cultures that help define Melbourne's suburban shopping centres.

Working alongside local culinary talent, Rashid has created four bespoke doughnuts, each reflecting the character of a different Melbourne destination including The Glen, Bayside, Broadmeadows Central and Box Hill Central.

To celebrate the launch, thousands of doughnuts will be given away free across the participating centres, giving visitors the opportunity to sample the exclusive creations while meeting the man behind All Day Donuts, Beatbox Burger and Taco Truck.
