Located on the ground floor of the iconic George Hotel Building on St Kilda's Fitzroy Street this heritage building has stood since 1857.
The George has seen many uses including the famous Crystal Ballroom. This was the place where the influential and the bohemian met to enjoy each other's company and share a meal and drink. Its ornate external and internal features provide an image of the suburbs early development and significance to the evolving architecture since the mid 1800s.
Today George Lane is St Kilda's freshest Live & Local Neighbourhood Venue.
