The park has free parking multiple picnic areas each with its own electric barbeque undercover shelter and plenty of seating. A cafe with food and drinks as well as a children's playground close to the picnic area. The amenities and grounds were well maintained clean and tidy.

Funfields is situated on a huge property in Whittlesea approximately 40km / 45 minute drive from central Melbourne.

From Melbourne simply follow Plenty Rd to Whittlesea located on the left hand side just before the Whittlesea Township. Melways Ref Map 246 E 10.
