Our name was born from our desire to have a good 'ethos' at the heart of everything we do. This takes a number of forms:
Community
Be an active member of the community
Use only locally sourced products, where practical
Offer ethically sourced and/or renewable products e.g.
FairTrade coffee

Our Planet
Recycle, recycle, recycle (and encourage the purchase of recycled products)
Minimise our carbon footprint by sourcing products locally, where practical
Use 'Bio cups' / packaging and plant-based takeaway cutlery (not plastic)
Minimise wastage including:
food
water
gas
electricity
Replacement bulbs for our refurbishment are LED (which use about 85% less electricity versus a standard bulb). In the future, we'll replace our downlights with LED lights (when they need to be replaced). Our new fridges are energy efficient.
Staff
We know: happy staff = happy customers
We want our staff to feel part of our business, not just an employee
Offer reward and recognition of our staff when they go above and beyond
'Superstar staff' will be given training and guidance they need for career progression
