At El Atino & Co. we call our cafe the Food Laboratory, as this is the place where foodies come to discover and experiment with new flavours. The Food Laboratory is also where we showcase and test our new products.
Our vision is centred on authenticity but this does not necessarily translate into traditional food. Our ingredients, techniques and way of doing things are authentic and traditionally Latin but we will interpret and present food our way, adding our own personal touch.
Like any other organism, food is something that is ever-changing and evolving. We want to be part of that transformation by adding and complementing the rich traditions of our nations.
