Easey like Sunday mornings is proudly brought to you by our soon to be famous Frosties crusted fried chicken and wait for it... Deep fried Pop-Tarts. Oh yeah and burgers for breakfast!
Jimmy Hurlston and Jeremy Gaschk are the brains behind "Easey's, a new diner, where the fare is burgers in train carriages with great views from the rooftop.

Zone One is your welcome to Easey's: Welcome. Come in and explore.
Your eyes will instantly be drawn to our custom Easey train seats, sleeper barista and bar locations, engaging Melbourne artwork, a lift and staircase leading to more to explore and most importantly, a window into Zone One's hub; Fare.
Fare is a whole foods cafe situated in the rear of Zone 1, curated by Jamie Stevenson, where gluten free, plant based raw and wholesome food is created and shared in a unique setting. Our concept is based on sustainable food sourcing, local and organic wherever possible and connecting you - the diners to the farmers that produce the food. Unadulterated, mindfully crafted and delightful to the tastebuds.
Fare products are available throughout the entire venue, and are subject to seasonal availability.
The Zone 1 Cafe will be serving coffee from sunrise and alcohol past sunset.
HITACHI 153M
Our carriage 153M (M standing for Motor Car) started service on 9 June 1978 and ran a service coupled with 340D between Pakenham and Dandenong for a number of years before heading into regular service.
We at Easey's have resurrected the major elements of the original interior but have added a hospitality twist to it. Come in for a ride and see for yourself.
