Collins Kitchen is an a la carte restaurant with menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and all day dining, and includes an extensive wine list from a 2700 premium bottle wine room.
With, an abundance of natural light and a variety of dining areas including banquette seating overlooking Russell Street, Collins Kitchen seats 180 guests with two private dining rooms seating 14 and 10 guests, as well as a relaxing lounge area.
