Coffee Hit | Thornbury
In a coffee-centric community in Melbourne’s north, Coffee Hit Thornbury is our first high street store, opening in May 2018.
Located on High Street, under newly built residential building, The Hive, Coffee Hit is open for locals from 7am. Featuring a state-of-the-art Diedrich IR-5 Roaster, our coffee is roasted on-site which enables us control over the quality, freshness and flavour of your coffee.
Our experts source specialty coffee direct from the farms at origin and we have a range of freshly roasted blends, single origin coffees and take home packs.
A range of specialty blends are served alongside a seasonal single origin coffee that changes every two months. The menu is sourced from local and regional fresh ingredients. Expect the favourites; ricotta pancakes, smashed avo and corn fritters, with breakfast served all day. There’s a range of salads and toasties for lunch, as well as a southern fried chicken burger and pulled pork benedict with apple slaw and house made hollandaise for those craving something a little more indulgent.
