Boutique offices of 6,000m2 and coworking spaces will surround a piazza humming with retail, art, hospitality and entertainment.
THE SPACE
Banco Group is restoring the Union Bank to a space for community, starting with Art at the Bank - an evolving roster of pop up exhibitions and artists-in-residence.
For decades the historic Union Bank was a local landmark and pillar of community, before falling into disrepair.
Between May and November 2023, it will host exhibitions by artists in residence.
Five-metre high ceilings. Distressed walls. Open spaces. Free for artists and the community.
