The Mission of Little Athletics Australia is:
To develop children of all abilities by promoting positive attitudes and a healthy lifestyle through family and community involvement in athletics activities
Little Athletics have a range of events including:
Javelin, Discus, Shot Put, Long, Triple and High Jumps, Walk, Long, Middle and Sprint racing along with Hurdles.
Its all about beating your own P.B. (Personal Best times)
Caulfield Little Athletics operates from Duncan McKinnon Athletics Facility but if you dont live in this area there are many other Little Athletic tracks around the country.
