Charlie's Bar - downstairs at the Mill is a cosy and intimate lounge bar, perfect for pre or post dinner drinks.
Sofas, candlelight and a chandelier combine to make Charlie's the perfect spot to snuggle in for the night.
Open Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm, Charlie's offers $9 cocktails on Wednesday. A fantastic jazz/swing band play on Thursday evenings from 7.30 (no cover charge) but bookings are advisable and free bubbles for the ladies on Friday nights from 6-8pm.
Saturdays there are $10 martini's all night long - so what are you waiting for?
