The menu features a combination of superbly created classics and innovative modern French cuisine. The current menu features dishes like our timeless and lovingly prepared confit of duck with contemporary masterpieces like a roast veal fillet wrapped in air dried ham, shallot tart-tatin and smoked onion sauce soubise.
