Rippon Lea Estate is recognised as a leading biodiversity hotspot within the City of Glen Eria. It is a haven for birds & other wildlife.

This tour allows people to explore the 14 acres of gardens with a volunteer guide and the aid of a new book The Birds of Rippon Lea Estate Bird Spotter Guide, searching out the diverse family of birds that call Rippon Lea home.

Whether you're a birdwatching expert or a novice, this tour will to give you a new appreciation of the stunning biodiversity of this magnificent 19th Century Estate.

Wanting to explore at your own leisure? Rippon Lea Estate is open 7 days and copies of the book are available to purchase from the Gate House along with entry tickets.

National Trust Members and Port Philip and Glen Eira Council residents receive free entry to the estate.

Ticket holders are welcome to wander the gardens at their leisure following the tour.
