BaverasDining is only part of the experience of Baveras. The weathered beauty of the venue gives it a sense of old grandeur, complimented by an extensive wine list and an elegant al carte menu created by our experienced and passionate team of chefs.
Head Chef Graham Jefferies opened Baveras after returning from the UK where he was sous chef at the Michelin Star Restaurant The Crown. The kitchen team is complimented by the expertise of Executive Chef Matt Dempsey and Gad Assaya, who draws his influences for desserts from the rich food culture of his Middle Eastern and European heritage.
Baveras is on the eastern side of Cunningham Pier. With its own entrance, pre dinner drinks area and an elegantly designed restaurant.
Our restaurant is the perfect setting for a family celebration, a first date, an anniversary, a proposal, a business lunch or dinner or a birthday.
Our food is prepared by passionate people. The menu is influenced by the seasons and the produce of our surrounding area. We aim to use texture and temperature in various preparations to challenge, excite and satisfy our guests. The service is attentive and professional whilst retaining wonderful charm.
Baveras is open for lunch Wednesday- Friday and Sunday and open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday.
