Set in the heart of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, our modern Distillery Door combines architectural style with a view of our operating stills, outdoor terrace and our rooftop overlooking green, rolling pastures.
Sample your favourite gins in one of our famous gin paddles and seasonal cocktails, feast on our local grazing menu or book in for a Gin Masterclass. Enjoy our Gin High Tea with matching G&T's or sip on one of our award-winning brandies and enjoy the view.
Come on down to visit us and get a glimpse into the heart of our distillery, where you can experience a journey from grape to glass, gaining an insight into how our family owned and run distillery makes fine spirits.

Bass & Flinders Distillery is part of the Mornington Peninsula's Beer, Cider + Spirits Trail, located in the vibrant Habitat artisan precinct where you can sample artisanal produce from local distillers, brewers, bakers, cheese makers and more in this exciting new vicinity.

Our Distillery Door is open every Friday: 11-5pm, Saturday: 11-6pm, Sunday: 11-5pm at 40 Collins Rd, Dromana.
