Bar Oussou is introducing French - Senegalese cuisine yet to be experienced in Melbourne extending the idea of the bar in reflecting the Brunswick sensibility of bringing great food to the table for lunch and dinner 6 days a week.
Bar Oussou is an urban bar reflecting the Brunswick sensibility of bringing great food to the table for lunch and dinner or a place to while away the time with a selection of dishes on a platter with a fine drink. It is a place that caters for different occasions; a place to listen to live music or relax in the court yard with an open fire sheltered in a rotunda or simply to drop in for a quick drink. Bar Oussou has multiple spaces: a long front bar with booths and performance area, sheltered courtyard garden and quiet cosy lounge with an open fire for the cooler months. An open kitchen is currently under construction and will open later this year.
