The A-League is now in it's 20th year, contested by 14 teams: twelve teams located across Australia and Auckland + Wellington Phoenix from New Zealand.
The A-Leagues represent the pinnacle of professional football in Australia and New Zealand, comprising men's, women's and e-sports competitions.
The first game of the inaugural Hyundai A-League season kicked-off in Newcastle on August 26, 2005.
The A-League consists of a Regular Season and a Finals Series, the winner of which will be crowned A-League Champions.
