As the sun goes down, the Wolfhound Bar comes into its own. Offering an extensive range of Australian booze, including rotating craft beer taps and funky regional wines adorn the fridge shelves while above sits a tidy but purposeful spirits shelf including Four Pillars and The Gospel.
