Collingwood Estate Fruit and Vegie Market

The Collingwood Estate Fruit and Vegie Market runs every Thursday, rain, hail or shine, behind the Atherton Gardens Old Milk Bar.

An innovative idea to set up two Community Food Markets has brought fresh fruit and vegetables to the residents of housing estates in Melbourne’s inner North.

The Atherton Gardens Fresh Food Market and the Collingwood Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Market are non-profit social enterprises located within these two estates. Their aim is to give residents access to the freshest and cheapest fruit and vegetables possible.

Markets Opening Hours


Atherton Gardens Market: Mondays 1pm - 3pm,
Old Milk Bar, 90 Brunswick St, Fitzroy

Collingwood Estate Fruit and Vegie Market: Thursdays 1pm - 3pm
Harmsworth Hall, 31 Harmsworth St Collingwood
