* Whisky, Wine & Fire | Food Festival *
Melbourne's newest festival dedicated to all things malt and grape has just dropped their menu line-up and it's a whisky-lover's dream. From July 19th until the 22nd, Whisky, Wine & Fire, presented by BMW will see attendees smell, swill and sip their way through tastings from 11 labels of single malt, small batch and Scotch and 19 wine labels of red, white and all varietals in between. After filling your glasses, stomachs will be next with roasted beasts and flame kissed skewers from the likes of Farmers Daughters, the brainchild of Pastuso's Alejandro Saravia, Filipino BBQ cult favourite Hoy Pinoy, and low and slow American BBQ outfit Burn City Smokers. Close out your night with a frozen pastry from Christy Tania's Glacé Frozen. Guests are welcome to explore the fire garden, with installations and performances that will warm as much as they will delight. Tunes by some of Melbourne's coolest soul and folk acts will keep the vibe lively and help to guard against the wintry chill. Additional tastings, glasses and of course bottles, can be purchased throughout the evening. THE WHISKY This event celebrates Whisky at its core from boutique Melbourne distillers to some of the globes most iconic brands. Experience what makes a whisky unique; whether it's fermented from barley, corn, rye or wheat, and which curated aging process it takes. Whether you're a connoisseur or new to Whisky there is something to enjoy and discover. | More THE WINE This is your opportunity to see, smell and taste some of the best Australian wines on offer in a unique winter setting. With drops from some of the country's most recognised wineries and regions you'll be spoilt for choice. Plus there will be stunning mulled wine available to warm your winter throat. | More THE FIRE A stunning fire garden will wow festivalgoers with a collection of large and small scale fire installations. From warming fire pits to towering fire sculptures, these pieces of art will invoke the sense of a Winter Solstice and keep you warm. THE FOOD Nothing says winter like charcoaled meat and BBQ treats, with food cooked by fire this event will celebrate local produce cooked using the power of fire - think Argentinian inspired meats, whole roasted pig, big smokers and charcoaled sides. | More DATES & TIMES Thursday 19th July: 5:30pm - 10:30pm Friday 20th July: 5:30pm - 11pm Saturday 21st July: 5:30pm - 11pm Sunday 22nd July: 4.00pm - 9pm
