VINCENT JENDEN MEETS WILLIAM JOHNSTON
28 Feb 2024 - 25 Aug 2024

We are delighted to welcome Vincent Jenden, founder of Vincent Jenden Design (VJD), as guest curator.

Vincent is a New Zealand-born, Australian-based interior designer with a passion for combining antiques with contemporary styling. Vincent's thirty-year design career has taken him from New Zealand to London and then to Melbourne.

Vincent is a self-confessed 'maximalist' and we look forward to his interpretation of Fairhall, incorporating objects from William Johnston's extensive collection.

"It is a special honour to be invited to walk in the footsteps of William Johnston and some of Australia's leading creative and design specialists who have reinterpreted the Collection over the years", said Vincent. "I'm looking forward to bringing the VJD Vision to The Johnston Collection".

More details of Vincent's rearrangement will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Your ticket includes:

- an introduction to The Johnston Collection by one of our knowledgeable Volunteer Guides
- an intimate tour experience with no more than 8 visitors per guide (groups of up to 22 are welcome)
- tea or Market Lane coffee served from our Wedgwood fine bone china
- time to explore a wide range of exclusive gifts, books, and homewares at the TJC Emporium
