Sel de la Terre

The first thing you notice at Sel de la Terre is not the menu, the wine list or the cosy atmosphere, but the delightful aromas from the kitchen. Fresh stocks are simmered for hours, black truffles emit their enchanting smell and crusty bread loaves are waiting to be ripped open.

Sel de la Terre is a restaurant for those of us who love good food and wine without all the fuss.

Using the best local produce to enhance the flavour, texture and aromas of each ingredient, Chef/Owner Anthony Siketa produces seasonal menus of classically based, modern French cuisine.

With a background in 5 star hotels, cooking in Bermuda then London before coming back home Anthony's focus is always on producing the best he can from the very best ingredients. Anthony and his team do not cut corners.
