Park | Pakenham Racecourse Park | Pakenham Racecourse Park | Pakenham Park at Tynong is the new home of the Pakenham Racing Club. and Pakenham Racing Club (PRC) are proud to confirm that the new Pakenham Racecourse will be known as Park.

The $72 million racing and training facility will host 40 race meetings a year on its turf and synthetic surfaces. It is Victoria's first new racecourse in 40 years and will be one of the state's busiest racecourses.

The 608-acre precinct includes a 2400m turf track and 2000m Polytrack synthetic track; plus a sand training track, event centre, and 150-acre residential development for trainers' dwellings & stabling.

With provision also existing for a 42-acre retail and commercial precinct, Pakenham has also been identified as the preferred venue for Victoria's third night racing track with racing under lights.
