Open Gardens Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation and receives half the entry fee to cover administrative costs.
To retain the goodwill of owners who open their garden, OGV asks visitors to observe the following courtesies:
Gardens are only open on the stipulated dates.
Please do not enter the house unless invited to do so.
Do not remove any part of a plant. Keep to paths to avoid trampling on plants. Take away anything you bring with you and do not litter.
You are responsible for supervising children and ask that their behaviour does not distract from the quality of the experience for other visitors.
Dogs (except Guide / mobility dogs) are not allowed in gardens unless the icon indicates that dogs on leads are permitted. If dogs are permitted, they must on on a leash and under the control of the owner at all times.
