Lobster Shack Pop-Up Restaurant
|Lobster Shack, Sydney's sell-out pop-up restaurant, is teaming up with Veuve Clicquot to bring their delicious and totally irresistible lobster rolls and champagne to Melbourne for the first time ever.|
Lobster rolls have never tasted so good or been so accessible. Lobster Shack use wild caught Clearwater Maine lobster tail, slow cooked in a butter bath and served inside a fresh toasted brioche bun with buttermilk slaw.
This is served with a side of Parmesan Truffle Fries for only $35 and with a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne for $50. The food will be accompanied by funky soul and hip-hop beats.
This event is popping up in the Arts Centre Melbourne Forecourt from November 30 until December 22. They will be serving non-stop from 12pm until 9pm or until sold out.
