15 - 18 August 2019, 6 - 10pm, Central Park, Malvern East
Interactive - Immersive - Illuminated
Glow Winter Arts Festival returns to light up Malvern East for its sixth year from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th August 2019 from 6pm to 10pm each night.
The festival will see a number of illuminated artworks alongside hands-on installations like a 5 metre tall marionette puppet in Leon Hendroff and Spare Parts Puppet Theatre's String Symphony, which can be operated by festival goers, a custom mapped projection to one of the park's landmark trees by The Electric Canvas and a focus on the beauty of our oceans and the plastic that threatens it in The Indirect Object's Minor Disturbance, which is made entirely from recycled materials.
Rugged up festival-goes can warm up with toasties from Cheese & Bread and sip on hot chocolate from Miss Molly's cakes, or make a night of it in one of East Malvern's local restaurants.
