Evening of Happiness

We're holding an inspiring evening to celebrate the UN's International Day of Happiness; we have some incredible presenters who will guide you through techniques that research suggests can improve your wellbeing and happiness.

- Greta Bradman is one of Australia's most celebrated operatic and concert artists. She also holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and sits on the advisory boards of the Australian Mental Health Prize and the Arts Wellbeing Collective.

- Dr Addie Wootten is the CEO of Smiling Mind, a not-for-profit web and app-based meditation program developed by psychologists and educators to help make mindfulness accessible to all.

- Professor Lindsay Oades is the Director at the Centre for Positive Psychology, University of Melbourne. He will be sharing his experiences from his recent trip to explore Gross National Happiness in Bhutan.

- Nicole Lee is the founder of Chi Space, a studio dedicated to the practice of Qigong. Nicole teaches Integrative and Classical Qigong and is internationally trained and accredited.

The evening will be hosted by the fabulous Dr Jo Mitchell, co-founder of The Mind Room and board member of Action for Happiness Australia. 100% of profits from the event will go to support our work to create a happier and more compassionate society.

We hope that you can join us for this fun and inspiring evening of learning and connection with like-minded individuals.

Action for Happiness Australia is a registered health charity with a mission to spread understanding of the actions we can take to live a happier and more meaningful life and create a more compassionate and connected society.
