FAQCan I have my daytime running lights or parking lights on during the movie? All lights on the exterior of your car must be turned off once the movie has commenced. Many cars can run their radio without having the ignition switched on. Instead of bringing on your ignition (dash lights etc) just activate the radio on button. How early should I arrive? We always suggest arriving 30 mins prior to the session start time - 8PM. Where is the Drive-in located? Currently, it is a secret location, however, you will be notified in the coming weeks via email. At what time do the gates open? Generally they open at least 45 minutes before the movie. What happens if it rains? We operate in all weather conditions - rain and shine :) - lots of people enjoy a cool rainy evening Can my kids sit on the roof of our car? We do not permit children or adults to sit or lie down on the roof of a vehicle. Can I hold a parking spot for my friends? Parking is first come, first serve - if you would like to park with your friends, please meet close by to the venue, and then drive in together and we would be happy to accomodate you as best as possible. Can I bring in outside food? No, however, we will have drinks, popcorn and candy available for pre-purchase and purchase onsite. Some cities will have food trucks. Where can I find the session times? The session time is located on your ticket - it will state the day, time and movie you have purchased Can I bring along a BBQ? No, BBQ's are not allowed at the drive-in. Is my dog allowed at the drive-in? As much as we LOVE dogs, we are unable to allow them at the event. Can I let my kids out of the car without supervision? Please ensure that your children are supervised at all times. We do not permit children to behave in a manner that may distract from the viewing experience of others. How can I advertise on the Drive-in Cinema screens? Contact us direct from our contact page and we'll send you details. Can I sit on the ground next to my car? No, if you must sit outside your car, only sit directly in front of your vehicle on a chair and away from the roadway and access lanes between rows. Do not sit on the ground or next to your vehicle. Cars move about in the dark and may not see you. How do I contact a staff member during the show? If you need to talk to a manager or staff member please visit the concession area and ask for the event manager onsite. We will abide by all government guideline pertaining to COVID - 19 measures and make sure that cars will be parked over two metres apart. Toilet facilities and strict hygiene measures in line with government guidelines will ensure a safe environment for all. If for whatever reason the event is unable to take place due to COVID-19 we will postpone to a later date and worst case scenario you will of course be entitled to a full refund. Buy Tickets
