Fixed Term - 2 years, Part-time - 10 hours per week

The Role
VincentCare Victoria is seeking an appropriately-qualified person to take on the position of Diverse Gender & Sexualities Project Coordinator. The role incorporates all aspects of communications including writing content for internal and external publications, and assisting with the production of promotional literature, events and branding.
Key functions of the role include:
• Implementation of inclusive practice across the organisation for clients, volunteers and staff from the LGBTIQ Community
• Coordinate Rainbow Tick accreditation activity across organisation
• Coordinate Diverse Gender and Sexualities Project Steering Group
• Support enhancements to program and service delivery

Selection Criteria
• A tertiary qualification in a related discipline
• Experience in a similar role
• Understanding of accreditation processes and systems, working knowledge of CQI implementation
• Understanding of systems that support legislative and regulatory compliance
• Strong project management skills to ensure that deadlines are achieved to required standards and within budget
• High level administrative, advanced report writing & computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team member

The incumbent for this position must have and maintain a current Victorian Working with Children Check or equivalent.
