The kings of meat behind Burn City Smokers Steve Kimonides and Raphael Guthrie have towed in their custom-built smoker for round two and are ready to show off their fire laden new feasts to their Southern American-inspired menu.
Working closely with Grand Hyatt Melbourne's Executive Chef Jason Camillo, the new menu includes mouth-watering stand-outs such as the Burn City Smokers "Chiko" roll, baby back pork rib, a barbecue meat platter (to share, of course), along with vegetarian options including jalapeño poppers, fried camembert and an impressive smoked mushroom burger.
Last year's fans need not to worry as the most talked about Burn City Smokers' brisket burger is also back and best devoured with the boys' unrivalled homemade sauces.
