Broadsheet: Dine Out - Melbourne Food Festival

At 40 locations across Melbourne, there'll be venue swaps, unexpected collaborations, one-off menus and other unmissable food experiences.

Premiering this August, Dine Out is a week-long, city-wide celebration of Melbourne's best chefs, restaurants, bars, bakeries and more.

We want to warm up your winter and get you out supporting home-grown hospo talents while they flex their creativity and passion.

Across 40 unmissable events, there'll be venue swaps, unexpected collaborations, one-off menus and other food experiences.

Your favourite restaurants are on board. Some of Sydney's biggest names are flying down, and we'll be sending some of ours up in return.

The headline events will be ticketed, but you'll be able to walk into many others (non-planners, we see you).

Broadsheet's Dine Out festival debuts from August 4-10, 2025 in Melbourne and August 11-17, 2025 in Sydney, with 80 events across the two cities.
