On Sunday, 27 October Bomba Tapas Bar and Rooftop's Jesse Gerner is teaming up with Pastuso's Alejandra Saravia for a one-off Spanish Peruvian fiesta.
Start on the Bomba Rooftop, sipping cocktails and grazing on snacks from both chefs before moving downstairs for a four-course lunchtime feast. Menu highlights include 'Tiradito de corbina' - Kingfish, Peruvian yellow chilli tiger's milk, chia seeds; Peruvian style brioche (Pastuso), salsa verde, cultured butter; Spiced Alpaca ribs, pepian; 'Bullit de peix' part one - Poached fish, saffron emulsion and 'Bullit de peix' part two - rice cooked in the fish poaching liquid.
